A demo runs about forty-five minutes. It works best if you send one anonymised session file beforehand — CSV, FIT or your current vendor's export — so we can process it live rather than showing you a dataset we prepared. If you are not ready for that, technical questions are welcome from people who are not clients.

Before a demo
Three things make the session useful rather than generic:
- One anonymised session file. Any format your current system exports. We process it live and show you what our pipeline does with it, including where it disagrees with your existing numbers.
- Your speed-band thresholds and workload definitions. So the comparison is on your terms rather than our defaults.
- The person who does not believe the data. Every department has one. Bring them; the conversation is better.
We answer technical questions from non-clients.
It is how most of our research notes started, and it costs you nothing. Email the applied-science team directly if a form feels like the wrong shape for your question.
